There are various materials that can be used for 3D printing, including materials like PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS and lots of other types.
Each material has its own unique properties and has its own areas it can be used for.
For example, PLA is a relatively cheap material good for prototyping and simple toys. While PET-CF is a much more expensive material that has a high heat tolerance and can be used in a industrial setting even for parts on machines and vehicles.
What the design will be used for will determine the cost and the type of material that should be used.
The time it takes to 3D print an object depends on the size and complexity of the design, as well as the speed of the printer. Small and simple objects can take as little as a few minutes, while larger and more complex designs can take several hours or even days.
The most common file formats for 3D printing are STL, OBJ, and 3MF. However, many 3D printers are also compatible with other file formats, such as AMF and PLY.
I also have access to multiple CAD and 3d design programs where i can accept almost all file types.
